The State Patrol still has westbound 94 shut down at Mounds Blvd. due to police activity on the Lafayette Bridge. Traffic is being diverted onto Mounds Blvd., and that is causing a major backup.
Traffic is at a standstill from Johnson Pkwy. MnDOT's overhead sign tells motorists "Use Other Routes."
Drivers on northbound Hwy. 52 will find the highway is closed at Eaton Street due to the activity on the Lafayette Bridge.
The crash on westbound 94 between Hwy. 280 and Franklin Avenue has cleared.
