It looks like a medical emergency on the left shoulder of northbound Cedar Avenue near Killebrew Drive and the Mall of America. The State Patrol is on the scene.

Elsewhere, there are no delays or incidents to keep you from getting where you need to go. Roads are in good shape.

Tim Harlow covers traffic and transportation issues in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, and likes to get out of the office, even during rush hour. He also covers the suburbs in northern Hennepin and all of Anoka counties, plus breaking news and weather.
