Two Minnesota attorneys have been disciplined for professional misconduct by the state Supreme Court.

Bruce A. Kunz, of Perham, was suspended for a minimum of four months for entering into business transactions with clients without required written disclosures and informed consent. He also had a conflict of interest with a client he represented in a bankruptcy proceeding and failed to report client's income from a business transaction with him.

The other disciplinary action was against David A. Richter, of Thief River Falls. He was suspended indefinitely for failing to maintain trust account books and records and complying with the terms of a private probation.

The actions came after disciplinary petitions filed by the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility.
