Two Minnesota attorneys have been disciplined for professional misconduct by the state Supreme Court.

Susanne Glasser, of Minnetonka, was suspended indefinitely for failing to complete the professional responsibility portion of the state-bar exam within a year of a court order. She said financial problems prevented her from taking the exam by June 1, but she borrowed money and registered to take it in August.

Glasser asked for additional time to complete the exam, which was denied. If she eventually passes, she can apply for reinstatement.

The other disciplinary action was against Patrick Dinneen, of Silver Bay, who received a public reprimand and was placed on two years' probation for representing a client who had adverse interests to other clients and knowingly making a false statement in court.
