Israeli graphic designer Ronny Edry has created a peace movement through poster art and facebook.
One night, Edry concluded that the escalation of tensions between Israel and Iran, the threat of war, has gone too far. So he decided to send a personal message to the Iranian people. His message being: "We (Israel) Love You."
His message has morphed into an international global protest for "peace" between Iran, Israel and others.

CBS news and 60 minutes reporter Lara Logan calls out the Obama Admin. for advancing the "Major Lie" that the Taliban is weakened in Afghanistan by the US military. Logan gave a blistering speech in Chicago this past week that ripped the administration for the way it has handled the war in Afghanistan and the attack on the U.S. consulate in Libya. –Real Clear Politics 10/10/12. Regarding Christopher Stevens, the U.S. ambassador to Libya who was murdered, Logan stated that she hopes the U.S. will "exact revenge and let the world know that the United States will not be attacked on its own soil. That its ambassadors will not be murdered, and that the United States will not stand by and do nothing about it."
”There is this narrative coming out of Washington for the last two years,” Logan said. –partly fed to us by “Taliban apologists,” claiming that “they are just the poor moderate, gentler, kinder Taliban,” she stated. “It’s such nonsense!” Logan told the crowd.”
“She made a passionate case that the Obama Administration is purposely downplaying the strength of our enemies in Afghanistan and Pakistan, as a rationale of getting us out of the longest war. We have been lulled into believing that the perils are in the past”- L Washington Chicago Sun times 10/7/12: “You’re not listening to what the people who are fighting you say about this fight. In your arrogance, you think you write the script.” Our enemies “are writing the story”, and “there’s no happy ending for us”. “The Taliban and al-Qaida have not been vanquished, she added. They’re coming back”.-L. Logan
“I knew that we were being lied to, I knew that the American people were being misled”.[referring to the Obama Administration] “If you fail to identify what your enemy is really fighting for--If you lie about who they really are [the Taliban and al Qaida], I don’t see how you could possibly have the right strategy” “Our way of life [in America and the West] is under attack”---Lara Logan
CBS’s Lara Logan is a respected, veteran war reporter/journalist who endured a lengthy, horrific beating and sexual assault by a large mob of Egyptian men in Tahir Square, Cairo during the so called “Arab Spring” celebrations, barely escaping with her life.
I take issue with the Stribs recent Ed. 9/2/12 which stated that-“Obama’s foreign-policy record is strong, and contrasts favorably with Romney’s bellicose rhetoric..”
I find Mr. Romney’s recent rhetoric refreshing, starkly contrasting the Obama Administration foreign policy of the past four years. “President Obama has thrown allies like Israel under the bus, even as he has relaxed sanctions on Castro’s Cuba. He abandoned our friends in Poland by walking away from our missile defense commitments, but is eager to give Russia’s President Putin the flexibility he desires, after the election. Under my administration, our friends will see more loyalty”- M. Romney 2012 RNC
The past four years of the Obama Administration has seen a clear shift away from supporting Americas allies and in support of the enemies of democracy. Some on the left call this a diplomatic balancing of foreign policy. Yet, this “balancing” includes the dumping of Americas traditional allies. This can only result in the strengthening of Americas foes who view American abandonment of its own friends as a policy of weakness, not strength.
As regards the Obama Administrations four-year-cold diplomacy towards Israel vs. its warming to Arab governments, there is “A clear-cut example of both the Obama administration's willingness to adhere to anti- Semitic policies of anti-Semitic governments and the Left's willingness to defend this bigoted behavior is the Obama administration's decision not to invite Israel to participate in its new Global Counterterrorism Forum. The GCTF was founded with the stated aim of fostering international cooperation in fighting terrorism. But for the Obama administration, it was more important to make Turkish Prime Minister Recep Erdogan, who supports the Hamas and Hezbollah terrorist groups, feel comfortable, than it was to invite Israel to participate. Not only did the US exclude Israel, at the GCTF's meeting last month in Spain, Maria Otero, the State Department's under secretary for civilian security, democracy and human rights, seemed to embrace the Muslim world's obscene claim that Israelis are not victims of terrorism because terrorism against Israel isn't terrorism….
So despite the fact that Israel is a major target of terrorism, and despite the fact that many of the states the US invited to its forum condone terrorism against Israel and support terrorist groups that murder Israeli Jews, Israel is better off being excluded, because the anti-Jewish governments invited by the Obama administration will somehow totally change their perspective on anti-Jewish terrorism as long as they don't have to suffer the irritation of sitting in the same room as real-live representatives of the Jewish state. ”-C. Glick 8/24/12
The GCTF was launched officially in New York and jointly chaired by US Sec of State H. Clinton and the Turkish FM. According to the GCTF website, “The GCTF was committed to reducing the vulnerability of people everywhere to terrorism. Helping countries defend themselves against threats within their borders and regions crucial to achieving this goal.” The GCTF includes several Arab nations but no Israel, a primary victim of international terrorism.
Are US taxpayer dollars used to help fund anti-US, anti-Israel hate education?
“The Palestinians are slated to receive some 200 million dollars in U.S. security assistance after a top House Republican ended her hold on the money. In separate letters to the State Department and USAID, Ros-Lehtinen {chairwoman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee} cited President Barack Obama certification that the funds were in the national security interests of the United States….” -N. Mozgovaya, AP, 11/7/2011
“In a few weeks, it will be five years since the Palestinian Authority was to prepare its citizens for a two-state solution and end incitement in its educational system. Yet from pre-school through high school, Palestinian children are indoctrinated to deny Israel's legitimacy, demonize Israelis and Jews, and glorify violent struggle as a religious goal. The Palestinian government-produced textbooks and government-controlled media work in tandem to assure that Palestinian children will be no more disposed to living peacefully with Israel tomorrow than their parents are today. It's never too early to begin the hate education. Preschool television programming could be called Terrorism for Tots. Last year American viewers had a glimpse of the weekly program starring an outrageous Palestinian version of Mickey Mouse, Farfar, who in a Mickey-like voice told children to pray until there is "world leadership under Islamic leadership" “… Farfur taught the children not only the glory of violence but the mindset of victim hood and blame.….
At this moment, in classrooms in Gaza and the West Bank, in schools under Hamas control or "moderate" Fatah control, children are being poisoned with hate and distrust and readied to be warriors for the "final and inevitable result ...the victory of the Muslims over the Jews." ..With humanitarian intentions and a blind eye to what is actually written in the textbooks and shown in the media, the U.S. funds hate education. The U.S. provides funding to Palestinian education without any of the oversight it demands of American schools. I have been an educator for 31 years and know the stringent standards for accreditation and funding of schools in all fifty states. Perhaps a team of educators could set minimum requirements of pedagogy as well as a low level of tolerance for incitement towards violence, and only after the standards are met would funds commence. The money would follow performance, not promise.”-P. Shapiro, American Thinker, 2/2/08
