Duluth lands aviation jobs

AAR, recently named The Best Airframe MRO in the Americas by aviation industry professionals, will host a job fair from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Aug. 8 at Duluth Entertainment Convention Center.

AAR is forming the leadership and high skills teams to prepare its facility at 4600 Stebner Road in Duluth. The company is seeking highly-skilled candidates in sheet metal, composites, A&P or avionics in a heavy jet maintenance environment.

The M/V Yorktown made its maiden voyage into the Great Lakes in June of this year and has been entertaining passengers on a series of discovery cruises along this inland waterway ever since.
