Crystal police seek missing 21-year-old woman

Last update: November 10, 2009 - 9:20 PM

Crystal police are looking for a missing 21-year-old woman and are asking for the public's help.

Maricruz Hernandez was last seen on Sunday, her birthday, at her apartment complex in Crystal. In an alert, police called the case a possible abduction.

However, Deputy Police Chief Stephanie Fealy said its exact nature is still under investigation. "We still don't have any more clear-cut information," she said.

Hernandez was last seen with a man known to be driving a four-door, silver 2003 Cadillac CT. The Cadillac has a Minnesota license plate of 3AD513 and is registered to Hernandez.

Fealy said the man isn't being classified as a suspect in the case. They also may have been traveling with a small child.

Anyone who has seen the Cadillac or has been in contact with Hernandez or the man is asked to call 911, Fealy said.
