Theft. A woman reported that while she was at Fairview Southdale Hospital a man stole credit cards and cash from her wallet. Police arrested a 38-year-old St. Paul man and a 42-year-old Edina man on 57th Street W. and Chowen Avenue S. Both were charged with theft, trespassing and having no lights or reflectors on a bicycle at night.
OCT. 15
Burglary. Three locked vehicles were broken into while parked in the underground garage of Edina Place Condominiums, 7300 York Av. S. IPods, iPod accessories, CD players and a Social Security card were among the items stolen.
SEPT. 28
Burglary. A woman from a home on the 9100 block of Kingsview Lane reported jewelry was missing from her bedroom.
SEPT. 30
Medical. Police received a report that a drunk person fell off a bike at Elm Creek Boulevard and Vinewood Lane. Police found the 38-year-old man and paramedics transported him to the hospital. No charges were filed.
OCT. 1
Theft. A television and a computer were reported stolen from a church on the 15300 block of Weaver Lake Road.
SEPT. 24
Animal complaint. Someone called police to report a loose cow on the 4700 block of Medina Lake Drive. An officer found the owner of the cow and helped him get it back on his property.
Drunken driving. Police received a report of threats made at Chestnut Road and Willow Drive. A 62-year-old South Carolina man was arrested for driving an all-terrain vehicle while intoxicated.
OCT. 2
Theft. A 42-year-old man and a 43-year-old man were arrested for ripping aluminum siding from a house that had been boarded up by the city.
SEPT. 28
Suspicious vehicle. Police stopped a suspicious vehicle on Loring Drive. Officers confiscated 22 rolls of toilet paper.

Theft. Someone reportedly stole 20 to 25 bobbleheads from a storage locker on the 1000 block of Hwy. 169.
Fraud. A man from the 15700 block of Rockford Road called police to report the mother of a woman he was dating did his income taxes and told him he did not qualify for a refund. He and his girlfriend since have broken up, and he told police he had discovered that he actually was issued an income tax refund of $4,954 and it was sent to a bank account in his girlfriend's mother's name.
SEPT. 29
Theft. A woman called police to report someone had stolen her vehicle from an underground garage on the 15300 block of 37th Avenue S. The vehicle was found parked in front of the building. The woman had forgotten she had parked there.
SEPT. 30
Burglary. Police responded to a burglary at the Shorewood Village Shopping Center, 23670 Hwy. 7. The window at Shorewood Liquor Store had been broken and someone had entered the store. A 16-year-old Chanhassen boy was arrested.
