A 43-year-old Plymouth man has been charged with robbing a TCF Bank in Brooklyn Center earlier this month.

Patrick F. Williams turned himself in to the Brooklyn Center police last week after the media broadcast and published bank surveillance photographs and a description of the robber.

According to the federal criminal complaint, Williams reportedly went into the bank at 2950 County Road 10 and passed a teller a note demanding cash. He indicated he had a gun.
