CARVER

APRIL 6

Disturbing the peace. Two women, from Carver and Cologne, were cited for disorderly conduct on the 300 block of Broadway N.

CHASKA

MARCH 4

Drugs. Students from Chaska High School went on a field trip in Burnsville. While returning to the school, a student claimed to have found a drug pipe on the bus. The pipe was passed to another student who allegedly smoked marijuana from it while on the bus. The drug pipe was later found on the bus. Three male students were referred to juvenile court for possession of drug paraphernalia.

APRIL 6

Drunken driving. Police received a call about a disturbance at a home on Oak Hill Circle. According to police: A woman and her boyfriend were arguing because the boyfriend wanted to drive the woman's vehicle to a liquor store. The woman called police to report that her boyfriend was driving her vehicle without her permission and was drunk and high. After driving about 50 yards, the man drove back to the house, and the woman told the emergency dispatcher he had returned the car and she no longer needed police to respond. Police arrived at the home anyway and the man was arrested and charged with third-degree driving while intoxicated, driving after revocation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

APRIL 7

Bomb threat. A bomb threat was received at the Pioneer Ridge Freshmen Center, 1085 Pioneer Trail. On April 8, two students were arrested.

MEDINA

MARCH 28

Suspicious activity. Someone called police to report a person was fishing near County Road 19 and Lakeshore Drive. Police checked to make sure the person was not fishing for walleye or violating any other regulations. The person was fishing for crappies.

MARCH 30

Fire. Police were called to a grass fire on the 3900 block of Chippewa Circle. The homeowner was using a torch to thaw his frozen culvert and grass in the ditch caught fire.

MARCH 31

Assist the public. A woman came to the police station and said she had purchased a bag of plastic eggs on the 2000 block of County Road 24. When she opened the package, one of the eggs contained vegetable matter that was covered in mold. She was concerned it was hashish or marijuana. An officer tested the substance and it was neither.

MINNETRISTA

APRIL 5

Disorderly conduct. Police officers found five males fighting on Main Street and asked them to leave. A 24-year-old Shakopee man was uncooperative and was arrested.

APRIL 6

Theft. A boat motor was stolen from a garage on Kings Point Road. It was valued at $500.

APRIL 10

Suspicious vehicle. Police found an occupied suspicious vehicle on Sunnyside Road. The people in the vehicle said they were star-gazing. Officers advised them to leave the area.

APRIL 11

Minor consumption. Police responded to a call about a juvenile drinking party on Morningview Drive. Three people were cited for underage alcohol consumption.

PLYMOUTH

APRIL 2

Theft. A Robbinsdale Armstrong High School employee observed three students in the school parking lot when they should have been in class. They were then observed throwing items into the trash. An officer talked with the students who admitted two of them were taking items from unlocked vehicles while one served as the lookout. A 14-year-old boy was cited and charges are pending against the other two students.

APRIL 3

Property damage. Two boys, ages 13 and 14, were playing in the yard of a home on the 5000 block of Larch Lane N., and "mooned" a vehicle driving by, police said. The driver drove up on the lawn and damaged the grass.
