JAN. 11

Missing person. A man reported that his wife was missing from their home in the 7800 block of Maple Hill Road. When officers located the woman at a friend's home, she stated that she had been arguing with her husband and would be spending the night with her friend.

JAN. 12

Theft. Garbage and recycling containers were stolen from a home in the 21600 block of Homestead Trail.

CHANHASSEN

JAN. 15

Drugs. An Excelsior woman and a juvenile male from Minnetonka each were cited for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 2500 block of Forest Avenue.

Drugs. Four juvenile males were cited for possession of marijuana and another juvenile male was cited for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance in the 1400 block of W. 78th Street.

EDINA

JAN. 5

Drugs. A 19-year-old Edina man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 3800 block of Gallagher Drive. An 18-year-old Edina man also was cited for possession of marijuana.

JAN. 7

Theft. A ring valued at $2,000 was left in a restroom at Southview Middle School, 4725 South View Lane. When the victim returned to retrieve the ring, it was gone.

JAN. 10

Drunken driving. A 19-year-old Edina man was arrested for underage drinking and driving following a traffic stop at 66th Street and Tracy Avenue.

JAN. 11

Curfew. A 16-year-old boy was arrested for violating curfew and giving a false name to police following a traffic stop in the 7300 block of France Avenue S.

Assault. A 41-year-old Edina woman was arrested for assault and terroristic threats in the 5400 block of 70th Street.

INDEPENDENCE

JAN. 15

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity at the Robina Lake Wildlife Management Area. They found a female who was looking for her lost dog.

JAN. 18

Suspicious vehicle. Someone reported a suspicious vehicle parked on the road at Pioneer Creek Road and Quass Cutoff. An officer stopped at the vehicle and found a sign on the dashboard that said "Coyote Hunting." The caller was advised of the officer's findings.

MEDINA

JAN. 17

Littering. Someone reported seeing a woman throw several bags of garbage into the trash cans at Holy Name Park. An officer located the woman and her 43-year-old husband, whose name and address were found in the garbage bags. They were told not to leave so much garbage in the park's trash cans.

RICHFIELD

JAN. 20

Theft. A 1998 Ford Expedition was stolen from T&T Automotive, 601 E. 66th St.

JAN. 22

Robbery. According to police reports, an unknown man knocked on the door of a home in the 6800 block of 4th Avenue S. The man said that water was leaking in his basement, then assaulted the resident and stole a pistol and other items from the home.

JAN. 24

Drunken driving. A 43-year-old Richfield woman was arrested for third-degree test refusal after she was stopped for a minor vehicle offense at W. 73rd Street and Oliver Avenue S.

Drunken driving. A 30-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for drunken driving after he was involved in a rollover crash.

JAN. 25

Drunken driving. A 26-year-old Richfield man was arrested for drunken driving after getting his vehicle stuck in a snowbank at E. 66th Street and Richfield Parkway.
