Animal complaint: A woman from a home in the 6100 block of Pagenkopf Road reported a cat wearing a collar in her yard. She said it would not leave. She was given phone numbers to the Humane Society and Crossroads animal shelters.

AUG. 10

Shots fired: Officers responded to the 100 block of Hillview Lane regarding shots heard. It was discovered the sound was a propane cannon used to scare birds away from corn and other crops at a farm.

MAPLE GROVE

AUG. 8

Theft: A blanket was stolen off a horse in the 15000 block of Territorial Road.

Noise complaint: Officers responded to a home in the 7300 block of Rosewood Lane regarding a loud party. A DJ was playing loud music and the resident was cited for violation of the noise ordinance.

MEDINA

AUG. 10

Suspicious activity: A homeowner notified police that an overhead garage door was found opened and unlocked in the 2300 block of Hollybush Road. It was discovered that the homeowner's daughter had returned home from summer camp.

AUG. 13

Suspicious activity: Someone reported seeing a male approach a neighbor's front door, look inside and then run to the next neighbor's house in the 2400 block of Holy Name Drive. The suspect then ran to a nearby vehicle. The officer located the vehicle. The suspect and passenger were selling discount cards for the Orono football booster club. The male said he ran because he had been swarmed by bees.

PLYMOUTH

AUG. 9

Drugs: A 16-year-old boy was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop for equipment violation at Rockford Road and Hwy. 55. The passenger, a 16-year-old boy, was cited for a liquor violation.

Curfew violation: A 16-year-old girl was cited for curfew violation and giving false information to police after a vehicle was found in a city park after hours in the 1900 block of W. Medicine Lake Road.

Terrorist threats. A 19-year-old Otsego man was arrested on suspicion of having made terroristic threats after officers responded to the 2700 block of Campus Drive regarding a weapons complaint.

AUG. 13

Drunken driving: A 24-year-old Plymouth woman was arrested for drunken driving after she was observed driving the wrong way down the 3600 block of Lancaster Lane.

AUG. 18

Interference: A 64-year-old Plymouth woman was arrested for 911 interference following a report of a physical and verbal altercation in the 10700 block of Rockford Road.

AUG. 20

Disorderly conduct: A 19-year-old St. Paul woman was cited for disorderly conduct and underage consumption of alcohol following a disturbance in the 1800 block of 63rd Street E.

AUG. 23

Assault: Officers responded to Pizza Luce, 800 66th St. W., regarding a fight in the parking lot. Three adults and two juveniles were arrested.

SHOREWOOD

AUG. 13

Drugs: Officers responded to Yellowstone Trail regarding a suspicious vehicle. A 28-year-old Mound man was arrested in possession of narcotics after he was found sleeping in the vehicle.
