Indecent exposure: An intoxicated man was cited for indecent exposure after he was observed sitting naked on the hood of a vehicle and running around naked in a parking lot at Crystal Place East. He was advised to keep his clothes on.

Drugs: A Chanhassen man, 18, was arrested on suspicion of sale of a controlled substance on Hwy. 41 and 82nd Street W.

JULY 26

Drugs: An 18-year-old Maple Grove man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance on 3rd Avenue after he was stopped for an inoperative headlight.

JULY 2

Disorderly conduct: Juveniles knocked down a badminton net at a home on the 200 block of 10th Avenue. Officers were unable to locate the juveniles.

JULY 7

Animal complaint: Someone reported a pigeon inside the Mann Theater, 1118 Mainstreet.

Assist public: An officer assisted a person in locating the flasher button in a vehicle on the 1000 block of 1st Street S.

Animal complaint: Someone called police to report that coyotes were howling on the 300 block of Sunnyridge Lane.

Property damage: A derogatory word was spray-painted on a vehicle parked in a driveway on the 9700 block of 98th Avenue. Two other reports were received of vehicles that were spray-painted on the same block.

Animal complaint: A dog was quarantined after it bit a child on Halstead Drive.

Robbery: A pizza delivery person was robbed by three male suspects at an apartment complex on the 3300 block of Harbor Lane.

Drunken driving: A 62-year-old Richfield woman was arrested for drunken driving after she was involved in a property damage accident on the 7500 block of Bryant Avenue S.

Drugs: A 19-year-old Richfield man and a 20-year-old Bloomington man were cited for possession of marijuana at Washington Park, 7600 17th Av. S.

JULY 27

Underage drinking: Officers responded to the 6500 block of 1st Avenue S. regarding a suspicious person. A 20-year-old Savage woman was cited for underage drinking.

WATERTOWN

Theft: A scooter, valued at $2,100, was stolen from the 400 block of Territorial Street W.
