Theft: Tools were stolen from a contractors job site at a home on ­Francesca Court.

Animal complaint: Officers responded to Norex Drive regarding an animal complaint. Two aggressive male turkeys were approaching vehicles and not letting them pass. An officer advised the reporting party to drive forward, slowly, saying the turkeys would move out of the way.

Suspicious activity: Officers responded to County Road 30 and Rush Creek Boule­vard to check on the welfare of a young girl who was standing in the middle of the road; a woman had pulled up and put her up in a vehicle. Officers located the woman and young girl. Everything was fine. The child had just gotten away from the mother.

Drugs: A 25-year-old Eden Prairie woman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on the 6300 block of France Avenue S.

Theft: A 27-year-old man was arrested for theft after stealing a hair clipper from Great Clips, 6805 York Av. S.

False information: A boy and girl, both 14, were arrested for giving false names to police following a disturbance on the 4100 block of 62nd Street.

Animal complaint: A dog was quarantined after it ran loose and bit a young girl on Reed Road.

Fire: A fire started in the lint trap of a dryer at a home on Wehle Place.

Underage consumption: A 15-year-old girl was arrested after she was found to have alcohol in her system while at Wayzata High School, 4955 Peony Lane N.

Theft: A 16-year-old girl was arrested on suspicion of stealing $200 from a cash register at T.J. Maxx, 4190 Vinewood Lane. She was an employee.

Theft: A 46-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for theft after he was caught stealing a generator, valued at $999, from Menards, 7701 Nicollet Av. S.

Burglary: Cash was taken from a home on the 6700 block of Pleasant Avenue S.

MAY 1

Disorderly conduct: Two intoxicated females, both 23 years old, were cited for disorderly conduct after officers responded to a report of a fight on the 7400 block of Cedar Avenue S.

Theft: Lighters, valued at $30, were stolen from Richfield Liquor Store, 7700 Lyndale Av. S.

MAY 6

Burglary: A camera was stolen from a home on the 800 block of 65th Street W. The door had been left unlocked.

Property damage: Someone threw toilet paper in the trees and broke landscaping lights at a home on the 4300 block of ­Enchanted Drive.

Drugs: A 53-year-old Shorewood man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at Glen Road and County Road 19.
