Theft: A 2014 Dodge Avenger was stolen from Enterprise, 3230 Southdale Circle. The vehicle was rented and not returned.

APRIL 19

Alcohol violation: Following a traffic stop, a 17-year-old girl was arrested for allowing an open bottle of alcohol in a vehicle. A 16-year-old girl was arrested for underage possession of alcohol and a 14-year-old boy was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Suspicious vehicle: Officers went to Discovery Center, 5050 Independence St., regarding a suspicious vehicle. The driver told officers he had stopped to listen to a good song on the radio.

Animal complaint: Several complaints were received about a barking dog at a home on the 1500 block of Rainbow Ave­nue. The owner of the dog was given a warning.

Animal complaint: A woman reported that a cat has been coming to her house for the past few days on the 4800 block of Independence Street. She said she was feeding the cat. She was advised to let the cat go, stop feeding it and perhaps it would go back to its own home.

Drunken driving: A 48-year-old Shorewood man was arrested for drunken driving after he was stopped for speeding on Hwy. 7.

APRIL 9

Underage drinking: A 16-year-old girl was cited for minor consumption following a report of a suspicious vehicle on the 1300 block of Black Oaks Lane.

Obstruction: A 44-year-old Plymouth man was arrested for obstructing the legal process at a condominium complex on the 1300 block of W. Medicine Lake Drive. Management found him sleeping in the tanning room. When officers arrived, he became uncooperative.

Drugs: A 41-year-old Minneapolis man was cited for possession of marijuana following a complaint of a suspicious vehicle at 72nd Street E. and Nicollet Avenue S.

APRIL 17

Theft: Officers responded to the 7700 block of Nicollet Avenue S. regarding someone not paying for a taxi fare. A 23-year-old St. Paul woman was cited for theft.

APRIL 18

Drugs: An 18-year-old Minneapolis man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a stop for a traffic violation on Hwy. 62 and Lyndale Avenue S.

Theft: A handgun was stolen from a ­vehicle on the 200 block of Mound Avenue.
