WEEK OF MARCH 31

Underage consumption: Officers responded to a home on Pine Street N. regarding a noise complaint. A resident of the home was charged with violating the social host ordinance and four people were cited for underage consumption.

Property damage: Two median signs were damaged on Hwy. 41 and Walnut Court. A license plate was found on the ground near the scene. Officers located the female driver and cited her for leaving the scene of a property-damage ­accident.

MARCH 30

Fire: Someone called police to report seeing large flames on a farmer's silo on County Road 19 and Oakdale Drive. Officers were unable to locate any fire. The person called back to say it was possibly a flagpole with a light on it.

Assist: Officers assisted two people stuck in an elevator on the 600 block of Prairie Center Drive.

MARCH 26

Animal problem: Someone called police to report that a dog was stuck underneath a minivan on the 10000 block of Blossom Road. Officers assisted.

APRIL 3

Theft: Sewing machines valued at $419 were stolen from Jo-Ann Fabric, 3411 ­Hazelton Rd.

Underage consumption: An 18-year-old man was cited for underage consumption and open house party at a home on the 5700 block of Grace Terrace. Also cited were two other males and a female, all 18 years old.

APRIL 6

Theft: Money was stolen from a wallet in an unlocked apartment on the 3400 block of Parklawn Avenue.

APRIL 6

Assault: Officers responded to a home on the 800 block of 3rd Avenue regarding an assault. An 18-year-old Eden Prairie woman was arrested for domestic assault. A 17-year-old Eden Prairie girl was arrested for fifth-degree assault. A 21-year-old Excelsior man and an 18-year-old Minnetonka man were arrested for second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon.

Trespassing: Three males were given warnings for trespassing after gunshots were heard from a field on Tuckborough Trail and Tuckborough Court.

Theft: A lunch box, keys and two rings, valued at $11,000, were stolen from an unlocked work vehicle on the 16600 block of County Road 24.

RICHFIELD

APRIL 3

Property damage: Someone slashed four tires on a vehicle and put sugar in the gas tank on the 800 block of W. 65th Street.

Property damage: A 24-year-old Richfield woman was arrested for property damage after she slashed four tires on a man's vehicle in the 7000 block of Oakland Avenue S.

APRIL 4

Theft: A snowblower was stolen from an unlocked garage on the 6800 block of ­Elliot Avenue S.

Driving violation: A 32-year-old Richfield woman was arrested for ignoring a school bus stop arm.

APRIL 8

Theft: Three instruments were stolen from Schmitt Music, 2906 W. 66th St.
