Theft: A wallet was stolen from a vehicle parked in an open garage on the 6000 block of Lucy Ridge Lane.
Drunken driving: A 19-year-old Shakopee woman was cited for drunken driving, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at 1st Street E. and Highway 41.
Burglary: A 29-year-old Eagan woman, a 40-year-old Maple Grove man and a 49-year-old White Bear Lake man were arrested on suspicion of burglary in an underground garage on the 5200 block of Vernon Avenue.
Underage drinking: Four 17-year-old girls were arrested after a traffic stop at McDonald’s, 3220 Southdale Circle, for minor consumption of alcohol.
Prostitution: A 49-year-old New Hope woman was arrested on suspicion of prostitution on the 7300 block of Kirkwood Court N.
Theft: A vehicle was stolen from a parking lot on the 9400 block of Dunkirk Lane. The vehicle had been left unlocked and the keys were in the ignition.
