Suspicious vehicle. A suspicious vehicle was reported parked on the side of the road at Cain and Meister roads. The occupants were eating sandwiches and talking. They were asked to move so they did not alarm residents in the area.

Fire. Five fire departments extinguished a garage fire on the 10500 block of County Road 116. The cause of the fire was unknown.

NOV. 27

Underage drinking. Two 15-year-old boys and a 16-year-old boy were arrested for allegedly consuming alcohol on the 3200 block of Southdale Circle.

NOV. 29

Theft. Cookware valued at $799 was stolen from Williams-Sonoma in the Galleria.

DEC. 2

Theft. Two 14-year-old girls were arrested for allegedly shoplifting at Macy's in Southdale Center.

DEC. 6

Drugs. Officers responded to the 6300 block of Peacedale Avenue regarding a suspicious vehicle. A 19-year-old Windom man was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. A 23-year-old Excelsior woman was arrested for allegedly giving officers a false name, and a 46-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for allegedly having an open bottle in a vehicle.

Underage drinking. A 16-year-old girl was cited for alleged minor consumption of alcohol on the 6700 block of Valley View Road.

MEDINA

NOV. 8

Suspicious person. A suspicious man was reported on property in the 1500 block of Tamarack Drive. It was a hunter, tracking a deer he had shot, on his parent's property. Officers allowed him to continue his search.

NOV. 14

Animal complaint. A resident from the 3400 block of Elm Creek Drive reported eight to 10 coyotes had chewed through and dug under his fence. He stated they were aggressive and coming up to his windows taunting his dogs. He was advised to contact the Department of Natural Resources.

NOV. 15

Noise complaint. A train horn was continuously sounding at Hwy. 55 and Mohawk Drive. The crew at Canadian Pacific advised authorities that the horn was malfunctioning. The horn was disabled to stop the sound.

NOV. 30

Drunken driving. An 18-year-old Norwood Young America man was cited for alleged underage drinking and driving after he was stopped for speeding on Hwy. 7. The passenger was cited for alleged underage consumption.

PLYMOUTH

Tobacco violation. Two juveniles allegedly were located inside a vehicle, smoking a cigar, on the 11600 block of 47th Avenue N. Officers notified parents of both juveniles.

RICHFIELD

NOV. 29

Assault. Officers responded to Richfield Health Center, 7727 Portland Av. S., regarding an employee who reportedly was out of control. The employee, a 26-year-old Maple Grove man, did not comply with an officer's commands and was arrested after he allegedly spat on an officer.

NOV. 30

Drunken driving. A 28-year-old Richfield man was arrested for alleged drunken driving after he was stopped for driving without headlights on at 74th Street E. and Portland Avenue S.

DEC. 3

Theft. Five nail guns valued at $1,000 were stolen from an unsecured construction van on the 6700 block of Lakeview Avenue.

DEC. 8

Disorderly conduct. Three men, ages 26, 28 and 34, were cited for disorderly conduct after officers responded to a report of several men fighting on the 900 block of 78th Street E.

DEC. 9

Theft. A 2007 GMC Yukon Denali valued at $22,000 was stolen from the 400 block of 78th Street W.
