Cigarette violation. A juvenile Chanhassen male was cited for possession of an electronic cigarette on the 2200 block of Lyman Boulevard.

WEEK OF OCT. 7

Assist the public. A woman called police because she was locked out of her vehicle at City Square Park, 300 Chestnut St. Officers were able to unlock her vehicle and waived the standard fee because she was a bride on her wedding day.

CORCORAN

OCT. 19

Suspicious vehicle. An officer responded to the 22800 block of Wagon Wheel Lane regarding a suspicious vehicle that had been parked for 45 minutes with its running lights on. Upon activating the spotlight, the officer found an 18-year-old woman and a 20-year-old man frantically putting their clothes back on. Both were clear of warrants and were advised to move along.

Burglary. A cash register was stolen from Great Clips, 6805 York Av. S.

Missing child. Parents reported that their 11-year-old daughter was missing from their home on the 5500 block of Brookview Avenue. She was found five hours later at Best Buy in Richfield.

MEDINA

OCT. 14

Animal complaint. A dead bald eagle was released to a Minnesota DNR conservation officer after it was hit by two vehicles at Cottonwood Trail and County Road 24.

Fire. Grease from broiling bacon in the oven caught fire in a home on the 3200 block of Magnolia Drive.

PLYMOUTH

OCT. 15

Fraud. A woman from the 5500 block of Nathan Lane met a man online and sent him more than $24,000 after he told her he had been robbed while in another country. She discovered it was a scam.

OCT. 16

Theft. A 41-year-old Brooklyn Center man was arrested for stealing 10 cartons of cigarettes from CVS Pharmacy, 4140 County Road 101.

OCT. 21

Underage drinking. A 14-year-old girl was cited for underage drinking on the 4200 block of Merrimac Lane.

Theft. A trailer with two personal watercraft was stolen from a parking lot on the 14100 block of 23rd Avenue N.

RICHFIELD

OCT. 29

Drugs. A 26-year-old St. Paul man was cited for possession of marijuana after an officer found him sleeping in a vehicle on 67th Street and Cedar Avenue S.

Burglary. Cash, jewelry and other items were stolen from an apartment on the 7700 block of 12th Avenue S. Entry was gained through an unlocked patio door.

OCT. 31

Theft. Hair extensions valued at $500 were stolen from Sally Beauty Supply, 30 66th St. W.

NOV. 1

Drugs. An 18-year-old Richfield man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after officers found him in the parking lot of Hope Presbyterian Church, 7132 Portland Av. S.

NOV. 3

Disorderly conduct. A 60-year-old Minneapolis man was cited for disorderly conduct for harassing an employee at Champps Americana restaurant, 790 66th St. W.

WACONIA

OCT. 5

Harassment. An 18-year-old Waconia man was arrested for violating a harassment restraining order and obstructing the legal process on the 200 block of Vine Street S.
