Theft. Unattended golf clubs valued at $2,062 were stolen from outside the Braemar Golf Course clubhouse at 6365 John Harris Drive.

SEPT. 29

Theft. An 18-year-old man was arrested on auto theft, drunken driving and leaving the scene of an accident after the vehicle crashed into a tree on the 5200 block of Valley View Road.

SEPT. 14

Underage drinking. Twelve juveniles were cited for underage consumption at a party on the 9100 block of Abbywood Road.

Indecent exposure. A 57-year-old Forest Lake man was arrested on indecent exposure and lewd conduct on the 8600 block of I-94.

AUG. 20

Assisting a motorist. A female motorist flagged down an officer at Baker Park Road and East Main Street for assistance. She had bought a pair of handcuffs at a garage sale and lost the key to the cuffs. Her two sons had attached one cuff on each of their wrists. The woman asked the officer to try his handcuff key, but it didn't unlock them. She said she was going to a store to buy another set of handcuffs to see if that key worked.

SEPT. 7

Unlock vehicle. Officers were called to a home on the 4500 block of Trillium Drive N. regarding a 2-year-old boy who locked himself inside a vehicle. The vehicle was in a garage and the windows were up. The boy appeared hot and sweating. An officer was able to unlock the vehicle.

SEPT. 11

Check welfare. OnStar notified police about a possible unattended child in a vehicle on Bluebell Trail N. and Trillium Lane N. An officer located the vehicle and the child was fine. The child had pushed the emergency button for OnStar while listening to a song in the vehicle. The child's parent apologized to police that they had to respond.

Animal complaint. Loose donkeys were reported on Hwy. 7.

SEPT. 9

Theft. A ring valued at $4,000 was stolen from a home on the 3900 block of Lancaster Lane. There were no signs of forced entry.

RICHFIELD

SEPT. 28

Drunken driving. A 50-year-old Richfield woman was arrested on drunken driving charges following a traffic stop on 69th Street and Penn Avenue S.

Disorderly conduct. A 31-year-old Richfield woman was arrested on disorderly conduct following a disturbance at an ­apartment on the 7500 block of Cedar Avenue S.

Underage consumption. A female student was cited for underage consumption at Richfield High School, 7001 Harriet Av. S.

SEPT. 29

Assault. Officers responded to a home on the 6900 block of Portland Avenue S. regarding a domestic incident between a mother and her son. A 45-year-old ­Richfield woman was arrested on charges of assault and obstructing the legal process.

SEPT. 30

Assault. A 31-year-old man was arrested on an assault charge after he allegedly spit on an officer on the 7600 block of ­Cedar Avenue S.
