Property damage. Juvenile suspects were identified and are paying restitution after damaging a portable toilet on the 2000 block of Meadow Street.

Animal complaint. A muskrat was reported trapped in an egress window at a home on the 2000 block of Cobblestone Drive.

AUG. 12

Check welfare. Officers responded to a home on the 10400 block of County Road 19 regarding a 911 hang-up call. An intoxicated woman was found at the residence and she refused assistance.

AUG. 17

Property damage. Someone shot paintballs at a home, causing holes in the siding, on the 7800 block of Corcoran Trail West.

SEPT. 10

Theft. Someone stole $1.89 worth of food from Walgreens, 4916 France Av. S.

SEPT. 14

Underage drinking. Two boys, ages 15 and 16, along with two girls, both 16, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol at Walnut Ridge Park, 5801 Londonderry Road. The 16-year-old boy also was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

MAPLE GROVE

AUG. 9

Burglary. Someone kicked in the front door and stole jewelry from a home on the 9100 block of Rice Lake Road.

Burglary. A safe was stolen from a bedroom closet at a home on the 9400 block of Kingsview Lane.

AUG. 5

Suspicious vehicle. An officer responded to the 4600 block of Wichita Trail regarding a suspicious vehicle. An employee from Three Rivers Park District was taking samples of the water.

Drunken driving. A 29-year-old Chaska woman was arrested for drunken driving after she was observed driving around a barricade on Hwy. 7.

AUG. 12

Animal complaint. The owner of a pony was cited after the pony was found loose on county Road 110N.

Weapon. Molotov cocktail remnants were found along Retreat Circle.

PLYMOUTH

AUG. 8

Theft. A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked on the street in the 17100 block of County Road 47.

AUG. 11

Theft. Vegetables were stolen from Holiday, 16825 County Road 24.

RICHFIELD

SEPT. 11

Theft. Someone broke the window on a vehicle and stole a lunch bag on 65th Street W. and Rae Drive.

Disorderly conduct. A vehicle was stopped for speeding on 70th Street E. and Chicago Avenue S., and the passenger, a 63-year-old Richfield man, was cited for disorderly conduct.

SEPT. 17

Theft. A man reported that his vehicle was stolen from the 7200 block of Lyndale Avenue S. It was later discovered that a friend had moved the vehicle without telling him.

Disorderly conduct. A 28-year-old Richfield man and a 46-year-old Minneapolis man were cited for disorderly conduct after one of them cut a flower from the garden of a business on the 7500 block of Lyndale Avenue S.

SEPT. 18

Drugs. Officers responded to Motel 6, 7640 Cedar Av. S., regarding the smell of marijuana coming from one of the rooms. A 31-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen property, and possession of a weapon by a felon. Also arrested was a 28-year-old Minneapolis man for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
