Missing person. A 22-year-old woman was reported missing from the 10400 block of County Road 19. The caller said their daughter has been missing for a week. Officers contacted the daughter and she was fine.

JUNE 12

Traffic complaint. Four 17-year-old boys were cited for driving their motocross bikes through private property near Horseshoe Trail and Mohawk Drive.

JUNE 28

Theft. Someone reported that jewelry valued at $4,500 was stolen in June 2012 from the 4500 block of Casco Avenue.

JUNE 29

Theft. Tools valued at $1,017 were stolen from an unlocked shed on the 5100 block of Arcadia Avenue.

JULY 1

Burglary. Air conditioners, tools and copper piping valued at $26,000 were stolen from a construction site on the 6300 block of Colonial Way.

JULY 3

Disorderly conduct. A 48-year-old Minneapolis man and a 56-year-old West St. Paul man were arrested for disorderly conduct on the 6800 block of Xerxes ­Avenue S.

JULY 7

Robbery. A person was robbed of cash and a cellphone while waiting for a bus at Southdale Center.

INDEPENDENCE

JUNE 3

Disorderly conduct. Two men, both 55, were warned not to have any contact after they were fighting at Vinland Center, 3675 Ihduhapi Trail. One man was angry at the other for eating lunch in the spot where he usually sits.

JUNE 11

Community relations. An officer observed a 13-year-old boy and his mother riding their bikes on the 2400 block of Independence Road. The officer gave the boy an "I Got Caught!" coupon for Dairy Queen because he was wearing his bicycle helmet.

JUNE 8

Burglary. Items were stolen from a garage on the 10200 block of 94th Avenue.

JUNE 9

Vandalism. Eggs were thrown at a home on the 900 block of Pineview Lane.

Property damage. A concrete fountain was damaged in the front yard of a home on the 14800 block of 64th Place.

Theft. Six catalytic converters were stolen from vehicles at a business on the 5000 block of Hwy. 12.

JUNE 12

Theft. Cash and gift cards were stolen from two vehicles parked in an open garage on Saunders Lake Drive N.

PLYMOUTH

JUNE 6

Drugs. Two boys, ages 15 and 16, were cited and released to their parents after an officer observed them make a narcotics transaction at Plymouth Creek Park, 3625 Fernbrook Lane.

JUNE 10

Theft. Someone stole $253 from a safe at Subway, 1400 County Road 101.

RICHFIELD

JULY 9

Theft. Two ladders were stolen from the yard of a home on the 6700 block of 13th Avenue.

JULY 10

Forgery. Officers responded to the 7100 block of Cedar Avenue S. regarding a possible robbery. According to police reports, after interviewing all parties involved, officers determined it was a drug deal gone awry. A 32-year-old man was arrested for possession of crack cocaine, possession of counterfeit bills and giving false information to police.
