Drugs. A Minnetonka man was arrested for sale of a controlled substance and child endangerment on the 2300 block of Hwy. 7.

Drugs. An 18-year-old Carver man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop on Main Street and Lake Drive.

Disorderly conduct. An 18-year-old male was cited for disorderly conduct and property damage at Carver-Scott Educational Cooperative, 401 4th St. E.

Eden Prairie

FEB. 3

Theft. Following a police chase, a 27-year-old woman and two men, ages 28 and 41, from Brooklyn, N.Y., were arrested for theft, possession of stolen property, fleeing police in a motor vehicle and on foot, and possession of shoplifting gear. They were observed stealing a digital camera from Best Buy, 11600 Leona Road.

FEB. 6

Theft. A snowblower was stolen from the 4500 block of Arden Avenue.

Burglary. Jewelry valued at $3,549 was stolen from a home on the 6900 block of Wooddale Avenue.

Burglary. A handgun and televisions were stolen from a home on the 5800 block of York Avenue S.

FEB. 10

Assault. A 32-year-old Edina man was arrested for assault on the 400 block of Washington Avenue.

Independence

FEB. 2

Assisting a resident. Maple Plain Fire Department responded to a home on the 4900 block of Macallister Drive regarding a ring being stuck on a woman's swollen finger. She was able to cut the ring, but it then dug into her skin. The fire department used a ring cutting tool and was able to remove the ring.

JAN. 29

Assisting a resident. According to police reports, a woman from a home on the 1500 block of Howard Avenue called to demonstrate she had the power to call the police and to not be afraid of them. She did not want them to stop and see her.

Hopkins

FEB. 3

Assault. A 20-year-old Hopkins woman was arrested for fighting and spitting at officers after leaving Mainstreet Bar and Grill, 814 Mainstreet. According to police reports, she was being chased out of the bar by civilians after she urinated in the middle of the floor in the women's restroom. Officers wanted to speak with her and she immediately became combative.

JAN. 27

Theft. Three rolls of copper tubing were stolen from a construction trailer on Hwy. 7. A bolt cutter was used to gain entry to the trailer.

JAN. 28

Drugs. A 19-year-old Mound man was cited for possession of marijuana after his vehicle was stopped for an equipment violation on County Road 26.

JAN. 31

Fire. A home on Game Farm Road was damaged by a fire that appeared to have started in the chimney. The occupants got out of the home safely.

Theft. Candy was stolen from an office on the 15100 block of 18th Avenue N.

Richfield

FEB. 12

Property damage. Bleach was poured on a television and bedding at an apartment on the 7600 block of 18th Avenue S.

Victoria

FEB. 7

Burglary. Tools were stolen from a home under construction on the 2500 block of Heron Lane.
