2 in critical condition after I-494 crash

Share on DiggA six-vehicle crash that closed eastbound traffic on Interstate 494 for three hours Friday has left two people in critical condition.
The crash occurred at 3:55 p.m. on I-494 near Hwy. 169 and involved a 1998 Chevy Blazer, according to an incident report.
The highway reopened just after 7 p.m., said Lt. Mark Peterson of the State Patrol. Rush-hour traffic had been diverted at Hwy. 212.
The names of those injured will likely be released today, Peterson said.
