Search on for missing man in Lake Minnetonka

Emergency workers are searching for a 20-year-old man who jumped into Lake Minnetonka on Tuesday but never came back to the surface.
The Minnetonka man was boating with two other men and two women when he jumped off the 20-foot pleasure boat to swim near Big Island, said Lisa Kiava, spokeswoman for the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office. The man's friends searched the water but couldn't locate him, she said. Authorities don't think alcohol was a factor.
Rescue workers from the Sheriff's Office and fire departments in Long Lake, Wayzata and Excelsior were called to search the lake. A State Patrol helicopter also was used in the search.
