YOUR GUIDE TO THE TWIN CITIES
One person was arrested Wednesday night in St. Paul after 50 to 100 young people gathered downtown, police said.
Groups of people were pushing, shoving and arguing in the area of 5th and Minnesota Streets sometime after 7 p.m. when police broke them up, said Sgt. Jon Grahek. No weapons were involved, he added.
The groups later reassembled near 6th and Roberts Streets before leaving the area before 8 p.m.
Grahek said the groups and their fights were not connected to St. Patrick's Day.
