St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman on Tuesday decreed it Joe Mauer Day in St. Paul -- and lo and behold, Mauer is in St. Paul and will pickup his proclamation at 4 p.m. at the Jimmy Lee Rec Center, 1063 Iglehart Av.
