Police are looking for a man who robbed a St. Paul TCF Bank in the 1900 block of Suburban Avenue about 6 p.m. Wednesday. The same branch was robbed July 6 and last Dec. 4.
According to the FBI, the robber demanded money from the teller and passed her a note. He took the cash from the teller, stuffed it in his pockets, grabbed the note back and left on foot.
The suspect is a white male, about 5-foot-9 to 6 feet tall, with a slender build. He was wearing a dark, long wig, large sunglasses, a long-sleeved white T-shirt, blue jeans and athletic sneakers. He also wore a latex glove on one hand.
