The following items will no longer be allowed for sale in St. Paul.
Imitation tobacco products: Any edible non-tobacco products designed to resemble tobacco products or any nonedible, non-tobacco products designed to look like tobacco products intended to be used by children as toys. Examples include candy cigarettes, bubble gum cigars and shredded beef jerky in containers that resemble snuff tins.
Novelty lighters: Mechanical or electrical devices used for lighting cigarettes, cigars or pipes that are designed to look like toys, have entertaining audio or visual effects, or resemble things that are commonly appealing to children. Examples include lighters that look like cartoon characters, vehicles or play music.
