St. Paul man arrested in shooting death
A 20-year-old St. Paul man has been arrested on suspicion of murder in the shooting death Sunday of Kerry M. Neal-Hill.
Police are pursuing a second suspect, who has yet to be identified, police spokesman Peter Panos said Thursday.
Neal-Hill was shot while riding in a car with another man in the Summit-University neighborhood. That man then dropped the victim off at Regions Hospital, where he died.
Panos said it was not yet known whether the suspect in custody, who was arrested Wednesday evening, was the gunman.
The shooting was not random, police have said.
