Police identify body found in St. Paul on Sunday

St. Paul police on Monday identified a man found dead in the city's North End neighborhood as Dominic Neeley.
The 22-year-old St. Paul man's death was also officially ruled a homicide, but police would not say what might have caused his death.
Neeley's body was found about 11:30 a.m. Sunday near a garage in the 1100 block of Western Avenue by residents working outside.
He was dressed in weather-appropriate clothing, according to a police news release.
Anyone with information about Neeley's death can call the homicide unit at 651-266-5650.
