February 2006: MnDOT, Lunda agree on extra payment to fix and finish the westbound span.
October 2006: Westbound span opens to two-way traffic: three lanes in each direction.
December 2006: MnDOT rejects Lunda's new bid to build eastbound span; halts job.
August 2007: Review board finds MnDOT improperly fired Lunda.
January 2008: Earliest date that MnDOT will take bids and restart the bridge project.
2011: Earliest date that project could be finished.
