APPLE VALLEY

JULY 9

Theft. A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 13500 block of Glasgow Lane.

Burglary. A home in the 13400 block of Granada Avenue was burglarized.

JULY 7

Theft. A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 15100 block of Galaxie Avenue.

JULY 6

Theft. Shoplifting was reported in the 15200 block of Cedar Avenue.

Burglary. A burglary was reported in the 14700 block of Lower Endicott Way.

JULY 5

Fire. A vehicle fire was reported near Florence Trail and Foliage Avenue.

Burglary. A burglary was reported in the 14100 block of Pennock Avenue.

BURNSVILLE

JULY 12

Burglary. Tools and three bicycles, total value $1,900, were stolen in the 300 block of W. 136th Street.

JULY 8

Theft. A Bloomington woman, 20, was arrested for theft in the 14300 block of Burnhaven Drive.

Robbery. A Palm Pixie phone was stolen in a robbery near Penn Avenue and Williams Drive.

Theft. Six cartons of cigarettes, total value $366, were reported stolen in the 12700 block of County Road 5.

Theft. Medications including Oxycontin, Oxycodone and morphine were reported stolen in the 12800 block of W. Frontage Road.

JULY 7

Trespassing. Police arrested a Burnsville man, 43, for trespassing and fleeing police in the 14700 block of Portland Avenue S.

Burglary. A burglary was reported in the 12700 block of Portland Avenue S.

Theft. A washer and dryer valued at $600 were stolen in the 13100 block of Grand Avenue S.

EAGAN

JULY 15

Drugs. A driver was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 3000 block of Denmark Avenue.

Theft. Somebody stole a portable DVD player and 100 CDs from an unlocked vehicle in the 4600 block of Penkwe Way.

Fraud. A caller in the 1900 block of S. Timber Wolf Trail reported a "secret shopper" scheme in which scammers lure victims into wiring them money on a promise of a big return.

Public assist. A caller in the 1200 block of Wilderness Park Court said he needed assistance changing his underwear. He said he would not call medics to help because of the cost. He was taken to a hospital and a report was sent to social services.

Burglary. A bicycle was stolen from a garage in the 3600 block of Blue Jay Way.

JULY 14

Theft. An iPod was stolen from a car in the 1300 block of Avalon Avenue.

Theft. A briefcase was taken from a vehicle in the 3900 block of Avon Court.

JULY 13

Theft. A phone was stolen from a vehicle in the 4200 block of Valley Forge Place.

Theft. Somebody stole a phone charger and a GPS unit from a vehicle in the 1900 block of Turquoise Trail.

HASTINGS

JULY 18

Theft. A tool bag containing miscellaneous tools was reported stolen at the AmericInn motel, 2400 Vermillion St.

JULY 17

Theft. Coins were stolen from two coin machines at the Hastings Car Wash, 2401 Vermillion St.

JULY 15

Theft. A wallet, a driver's license, a cell phone and a pair of shoes were stolen at the Hastings Family Aquatic Center, 920 W. 10th St.

JULY 14

Property damage. A caller reported that somebody had climbed on his vehicle, smashed the front windshield and bent the rear windshield wiper at the Pleasant Hill Library, 1490 S. Frontage Road.

JULY 13

Theft. A transducer, transducer plate, depth finder and rod holder were taken from a boat in a driveway in the 1900 block of Eddy Street.

JULY 12

Property damage. A vehicle window was broken in the 1100 block of Bahls Drive.

MENDOTA HEIGHTS

JULY 12

Theft. Somebody broke a vehicle window and stole a purse outside Mendota Heights City Hall, 1101 Victoria Curve.

JULY 11

Disturbance. Police were called to a home in the 1000 block of London Road for the second time in the same evening on a report of a disorderly person. A man was reportedly banging on walls and tipping over and throwing items in the backyard while yelling at his former wife. He was arrested.

Drugs. A woman was arrested for drug possession at Bogey's Bar, 970 Hwy. 13, after reports that she was acting strangely. Her car was impounded and her dog was sent to Four Paws animal control.

ROSEMOUNT

JULY 15

Burglary. A burglary was reported in the 3100 block of W. 143rd Street.

JULY 12

Theft. A bicycle was stolen in the 14200 block of Davenport Court.

JULY 11

Theft. Police arrested a Minneapolis man, 38, and a Roseville man, 32, for burglary, theft and drug possession in the 14500 block of S. Robert Trail.

SOUTH ST. PAUL

JULY 14

Theft. A wallet was stolen from the center console of an unlocked vehicle in the 1200 block of S. Concord Street.

Suspicious activity. A caller in the 300 block of 12th Avenue N. reported receiving a phone call from a man claiming to be with the "International Lottery Sweepstakes," informing her that she had won $1 million and a 2009 BMW. He said that in order to claim the prizes, she'd have to send a $250 MoneyGram made out to "Ainsley Graham."

JULY 12

Lost property. A 25-year-old South St. Paul woman reported that she had lost her pink Tinkerbell wallet somewhere at the Kaposia Days festival.

WEST. ST. PAUL

JULY 14

Theft. A purse was reported stolen at Goodwill, 1361 S. Robert St.

JULY 13

Property damage. A vehicle tire was slashed in the 200 block of W. Winona Street.

Fight. A caller reported that six to eight people were fighting behind Heritage Middle School, 121 Butler Av. W. An officer made contact with the participants, who said it was not a real fight and they were just practicing "ultimate fighting."

JULY 8

Theft. Culver's, 125 Marie Av. E., reported that a woman and two kids stole about $10 worth of custard from the front cooler.
