APPLE VALLEY

NOV. 12

Domestic. An officer responding to the 15600 block of Garnet Way cited a boy, 18, of Apple Valley for committing an act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death.

NOV. 13

Domestic. A man, 44, from Apple Valley was arrested in the 15700 block of Hersey Court for violation of an order for protection.

NOV. 14

Domestic. A man, 64, from Apple Valley was arrested on the 8300 block of 140th Street for domestic assault by means of attempted strangulation.

burnsville

NOV. 23

Domestic. A Burnsville man, 20, was arrested in the 200 block of Birnamwood Drive for violating an order for protection and disorderly conduct.

NOV. 24

Domestic. A man, 21, was arrested near the 800 block of W. 136th Street for domestic assault, giving a peace officer a false name and obstructing the legal process.

eagan

NOV. 23

Drugs. Police responding to the 3400 block of S. Greenwood Court arrested an Eagan woman, 47, for possession of marijuana, drunken driving and possession of drug paraphernalia.

farmington

NOV. 24

Juvenile. Police stopped a girl, 18, from Farmington in the 20600 block of Flagstaff Avenue and cited her for underage drinking.

NOV. 26

Traffic. On a traffic stop at W. 180th Street and Empire Trail a man, 43, from Farmington was cited for failure to display proper registration.

NOV. 28

Drugs. Police arrived at 200 8th St. on a report of a suspicious person at 11:43 p.m. A Farmington man was arrested for possession of a small amount of marijuana.

NOV. 29

Traffic. At 2:41 a.m., police stopped a car driving erratically on Pilot Knob Road and W. 212th Street and arrested the driver for driving after cancellation.

INVER GROVE HEIGHTS

NOV. 24

Traffic. Officers responding to a report of a suspicious person arrested a fugitive from another state, charging him with first-degree burglary, fleeing from a peace officer in a motor vehicle and on foot, and driving after revocation.

JORDAN

NOV. 11

Assault. A school in the 100 block of Hope Avenue reported an assault in progress. A 13-year-old girl had assaulted three school officials and a student. The girl was taken into custody and was charged with fourth- and fifth-degree assault and was placed at the Carver County juvenile detention center.

NOV. 23

Juvenile. An officer noticed a teen boy smoking cigarettes on the 400 block of N. Rice Street. He was issued a citation for minor in possession of tobacco.

NOV. 24

Assault. A woman reported a domestic issue involving her ex-boyfriend that had occurred on the 200 block of S. Broadway Street. She was at a safe location in another city and declined to provide a statement. She was advised of her options and told to call if she changed her mind on reporting the incident.

NOV. 25

City ordinance. Officer responded to a residence on Scott Lane regarding a report of a possible fire. Upon arrival it was determined that the resident was burning a very small pile of twigs in a barbecue grill. The man was advised that a burning permit was required and was advised to extinguish the fire.

Lakeville

NOV. 20

Problem solving. Officer responded to repeated call in which an elderly woman reported hearing a beeping, this time from the scoreboard at a nearby hockey rink, and as in each of several previous calls over the past year, the officer informed her that he could not hear the beeping noise. Noticing the woman's frustration, the officer spent some time with her and after a little investigation, he determined the source of the beeping noise to be from a cell phone alerting her of voice messages.

NOV. 23

Domestic. An officer was called to a home in the 10200 block of 196th Way and arrested a woman, 21, for domestic assault.

SHAKOPEE

NOV. 23

Juvenile. A girl, 15, from Rosemount, was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and use of tobacco by a minor after a suspicious person call in the 3300 block of W. 142nd Street.

rosemounT

NOV. 26

Traffic. An officer arrested a man, 27, from Rosemount for disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct at the intersection of W. 146th Street and S. Robert Trail.

NOV. 27

Juvenile. A boy, 19, from Farmington was cited near the 3700 block of W. 150th Street for possession of liquor under the age of 21.
