Court order. A 41-year-old Burnsville man was arrested in the 13000 block of Oliver Avenue for violating of a no-contact order for protection.
OCT. 22
Burglary. Police responded to the 2900 block of Center Court, where a business owner reported the back door of his business broken open and a TV, a computer and the safe missing.
OCT. 24
Traffic. A man, 31, of Farmington was arrested near the 17500 block of Evenfall Avenue for drunken driving and disorderly conduct.
OCT. 19
Tobacco. Police received a call from a school in the 800 block of Sunset Drive regarding a fort in the woods that appeared in have been used as a shelter for smoking cigarettes. Several packs of cigarettes were located inside the fort. The officer contacted the area schools to advise.
Traffic. Police responded to a two-vehicle crash that occurred at Creek Lane and Hwy. 169. A 70-year-old man involved in the crash was arrested for fourth-degree drunken driving and transported to the Scott County jail. No injuries were reported.
OCT. 20
Burglary. Employees at a business in the 800 block of Enterprise Drive reported a burglary. The Scott County Crime Scene Unit was contacted to process the scene for evidence.
OCT. 22
Theft. An officer took a report of theft of a utility trailer and some vehicle parts near a residence in the 100 block of Hillside Avenue. The loss is estimated between $4,000 and $5,000.
OCT. 24
Disturbing. An officer was called for a noise complaint in the 1000 block of Falcon Way. The officer made contact with the homeowner, who was having a Halloween party, and advised him to control the noise.
OCT. 25
Accident. According to Lakeville Police Chief Tom Vonhof's report for the week of Oct. 25, an intoxicated driver drove around barricades and crashed into a parked construction trailer on northbound Holyoke Avenue near Highview Avenue. A worker was not injured but the driver and her passenger were. Both were treated and the driver was arrested and jailed on felony drunken driving charges.

Fraud. Police arrested a man, 20, from Minneapolis at Mystic Lake Casino for issuing a dishonored check.
Traffic. Officers stopped a man, 45, from Prior Lake for a seat belt violation at the intersection of SE. Franklin Trail and SE. Lyons Avenue. A computer check showing a Hennepin Country warrant prompted his arrest. He was also charged with a seat belt violation and displaying the plates of another vehicle.
OCT. 24
Theft. A man, 33, from Prior Lake was cited for theft from a Holiday store.
OCT. 25
Domestic. A Prior Lake man, 30, was arrested for domestic assault near the 14400 block of NE. Shore Lane.
OCT. 25
Theft. An 18-year-old Lakeville man was arrested in the 15000 block of Chippendale Avenue for theft.
Drugs. An Eagan man, 19, was arrested near the intersection of W. 145th Street and S. Robert Trail for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle.
OCT. 26
Liquor violation. A man, 19, from Belle Plaine was arrested for driving after suspension, having no driver's license in his possession, and having no proof of insurance. In the same incident a 17-year-old man from Bell Plaine was cited for underage consumption.
OCT. 30
Assault. A man, 33, of Shakopee was arrested in the 1200 block of S. Canterbury Road for obstructing the legal process with force, fleeing on foot, disorderly conduct, fourth-degree assault and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.
