BURNSVILLE

OCT. 11

Burglary and assault. Near the 1400 block of W. 143rd Street, a Burnsville woman, 19, and an Apple Valley man, 20, were arrested on charges of first-degree burglary. The man was also charged with domestic assault and the woman was charged with second-degree assault.

Burglary and assault. Near the 16900 block of Plymouth Avenue, a man, 19, from Burnsville was arrested for burglary and assault with a dangerous weapon.

OCT. 12

Theft. Police officers took a report of a theft of a car, a GPS and an iPod, valued at $24,479, near the 12200 block of County Road 11.

EAGAN

OCT. 11

Burglary. A caller reported that his ex-girlfriend broke a window and trashed his house near the 1200 block of Ironwood Lane. Articles stolen were a laptop, a wallet, a TV and a 45-caliber semi-automatic handgun. He made a recorded call to the woman, 24, in which she admitted that she did it. She was picked up in Woodbury on charges of theft of a firearm and criminal damage to property.

OCT. 10

Accident. An officer was called for a car-deer accident on Valley View Drive and 9th Street involving a Le Sueur County squad car. Photos of the damage were taken and a state report was completed.

OCT. 11

Suspicious person. Police were advised of a possible domestic at a business on the 300 block of Eldorado Drive. An officer found a man and a woman on the side of the building. The man was arrested for obstruction of the legal process and fourth-degree DWI.

PRIOR LAKE

OCT. 8

Fugitive. Officers responding to a disturbing-the-peace call at Mystic Lake Casino arrested a man, 28, of Albertville, Minn., for disorderly conduct, a Department of Corrections warrant and warrants from Carver County, Hennepin County, Anoka County and Washington County.

OCT. 13

Burglary. Tools and an MP3 player were stolen from a house under construction in the 16400 block of SE. Park Avenue.

ROSEMOUNT

OCT. 8

Traffic. An Apple Valley woman, 49, was cited for driving after license suspension at 4211 W. 145th Street.

OCT. 10

Ordinance. In the 13900 block of Connemara Trail, a woman, 18, from Rosemount was cited for a park curfew violation.

OCT. 11

Ordinance. Two boys, ages 16 and 17, were cited for a curfew violation at W. 150th Street and Business Parkway.

OCT. 13

Traffic. Police stopped a car at Galaxie Avenue and W. Upper 136 Street. A man, 24, from Apple Valley was arrested for drunken driving.

OCT. 16

Traffic. A man, 41, from Victoria was pulled over at W. 150th Street and Robert Trail S. and arrested for drunken driving.

Shakopee

OCT. 8

Warrant. A man, 39, from Coon Rapids was arrested in the 1100 block of S. Canterbury Road on an outstanding Scott County warrant.

Traffic. Near the 400 block of 1st Avenue E., a man, 33, of Burnsville was arrested for second-degree drunken driving and a stop sign violation.

OCT. 11

Juvenile. Near S. Valleyfair Drive a man, 17, of Circle Pines was cited for underage drinking, possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana. A woman, 18, also from Circle Pines, was cited for underage drinking.

OCT. 12

Burglary. Two men, ages 42 and 39, from Brooklyn Center and Woodbury, and a woman, 32, of Minneapolis, were arrested for second-degree burglary in the 1300 block of Heather Street.

OCT. 15

Domestic. A man, 47, of Shakopee was arrested for fifth-degree assault and domestic assault by strangulation.
