Theft. The side window was broken on a vehicle parked in the parking lot of LA Fitness. A purse was stolen from the vehicle.
JUNE 9
Burglary. Officers are investigating a daytime burglary of a residence in the 4700 block of 141st Street. The owner reported that he went to work, locking the front door, and when he returned he discovered that some musical equipment had been stolen from his home. Entrance was gained through an unlocked garage service door.JUNE 11
Vandalism. Tires were slashed on a vehicle parked in the 7700 block of Whitney Drive.JUNE 12
Vandalism. Someone forced their way into a storage building of Fischer Sand and Gravel. They emptied fire extinguishers and painted graffiti on a truck.JUNE 10
Theft. A report was taken in the police department lobby of money missing from a purse while its owner was at work at 930 Blue Gentian Road.
JUNE 12
Theft. A caller at SuperAmerica, 4200 Hwy. 13, reported that two men stole some food and left in a silver Toyota Camry. One was wearing an orange T-shirt and the other was wearing a long-sleeve white button-up shirt.
Assault. Near the 800 block of Westcott Square a man, 28, from Eagan was arrested for inflicting bodily harm on another, domestic assault and disorderly conduct in an assembly or meeting.
Theft. Two women came into Lone Oak Market together and while one was trying to purchase a $50 pre-paid phone card with a stolen check and without proper ID, the other made off with the PIN number for the T-mobile card. They both left the area an unknown vehicle.
JUNE 9
Theft. An officer observed that two stop signs were missing from the S. Broadway and Water Street intersection. The officer located one of the signs, which had been erected at East and Water streets. A street marker sign was missing from that location. The officer located the street sign at a residence on the same block. The investigation is pending.
Vandalism. An officer responded to vandalism in progress behind a business on Rice Street. The officer arrived, located a boy and transported him to the Jordan Police Department. The boy was charged with damage to property and released to a parent.
JUNE 11
Traffic. An officer assisted with a vehicle in the ditch on Johnson Memorial Drive. The driver, a teen boy, was later located and issued a citation for underage drinking and driving and released to his father.
JUNE 12
Vandalism. Vandalism was reported at E. 2nd Street and S. Rice Street. Juveniles stepped on a cement sidewalk that had recently been poured. An officer located a boy and advised him to stay off the cement. The boy said it was an accident and he thought it was dry. His parents were also contacted and advised of the incident.
JUNE 11
Drugs. Officers arrested a man, 24, from Lakeville in the 20900 block of Holt Avenue for fifth-degree possession of drugs for sale.
JUNE 8
Theft. At the Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, 2400 NW. Mystic Lake Blvd., there was a report of two suspicious people in the parking lot looking in vehicles. The caller said a man attempted to open a door but was unable to get in and walked away. Police located a man meeting his description in the hotel. The man, 25, from Albert Lea, was cited for motor vehicle tampering. The second person, a 20-year-old Prior Lake woman, was arrested for a Scott County warrant for failure to appear on a citation for minor consumption and a Beltrami County warrant for theft.
JUNE 9
Warrant. At Mystic Lake, a man, 36 of Minneapolis was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Goodhue County.
Warrant. In the 4000 block of NE. Grainwood Trail a Prior Lake woman, 39, was arrested and jailed on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear in court.
JUNE 14
Burglary. Near the 12200 block of Chinchilla Court a man, 18, from Rosemount was arrested for first-degree burglary, tampering with a motor vehicle without the owner's permission and theft.
JUNE 8
Traffic. Near E. 17th Avenue, a man, 37, from Bloomington was stopped for a minor traffic offense and arrested for fourth-degree drunken driving, third-degree test refusal and open bottle.
JUNE 12
Weapons. Near the 1100 block of Shakopee Town Square, two Shakopee boys, both 17, were cited for possession of a BB gun in a public place.
JUNE 13
Trespassing. A Shakopee man, 49, was cited for trespassing near the 1100 block of S. Canterbury Road.
