Traffic accident. Police, firefighters and medics were called to a report of an accident in the 7100 block of 157th Street at 4:06 p.m. A 25-year-old woman, who was driving on 157th Street, lost control of her vehicle, drove onto the boulevard, struck a mailbox, continued down the boulevard, sideswiped a tree and crashed into a parked vehicle. She wasn't injured. She was ticketed for speeding and inattentive driving.
JUNE 2
Theft. Two employees of a dental office in the 7300 block of 147th Street reported that their purses were stolen from the office. Police are investigating.
Theft. Police are investigating the theft of a purse from a locked vehicle in the parking lot of LA Fitness. The owner said she hid her purse under a sweatshirt on the passenger's seat. When she returned she found a side window broken and her purse gone.
JUNE 1
Traffic. Police picked up a man, 53, from Burnsville near the 600 block of 131st Street while he was on work release for previous charges. He was arrested for a probation violation for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, both felonies.
Drugs. A 20-year-old from the 14600 block of Southhampton was detained for fifth-degree possession of a control substance and was booked and released.
JUNE 1
Harassment. Police arrested a man, 43, from Eagan near the 4500 block of Cinnamon Ridge for violation of a restraining order.
JUNE 3
Theft. A caller reported that somebody had thrown a rock through the back window of a Jeep near the 4800 block of Sheffield Lane. Missing was the owner's skateboard and iPod. The perpetrator left a note with the rock. The victim apparently has been telling people at school that the perpetrator's girlfriend has herpes. The note and rock were kept as evidence.
JUNE 1
Domestic abuse. A woman, 33, from Farmington was detained in the 18000 block of Everglade Court, pending charges and investigation, for violating an order for protection.
Drugs. Police arrested a man, 36, near the 4800 block of W. 190th Street for third-degree drug sales, a felony.
Assault. Police stopped a man near the 18800 block of Embry Avenue and he resisted arrest for public intoxication. Subsequently he was arrested for assaulting a police officer, a gross misdemeanor.
JUNE 1
Assault. A man was arrested for fifth-degree domestic assault. The incident occurred in the 900 block of 7th Street.
JUNE 5
Traffic. A vehicle was stopped at S. Broadway Street and Mill Street. The teenage driver was issued a citation for having no driver's license. The passenger was issued a citation for underage drinking, possession of alcohol, open bottle and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
JUNE 6
Traffic. A woman was arrested for third-degree DWI at Johnson Memorial Drive and 2nd Street.

Runaway trailer. Officers responded to an unusual motor vehicle crash in which a trailer became detached from the towing vehicle and crossed over the center line of Hwy. 50. The disconnected trailer was struck by a car coming from the other direction. The driver of the car suffered minor injures.

Theft. Near the 2500 block of NW. Oakes Lane, an officer took a report of missing scaffolding planks, valued at $3,500, from a construction site.
Drugs. At Mystic Lake, 2400 NW. Mystic Lake Blvd., a man, 34, from Eagan was arrested and jailed for fifth-degree drug possession.
Traffic. About 11:30 near Main Avenue SW. and SE. Dakota Street, a woman was pulled over for driving without headlights. She was arrested and jailed for first-degree drunken driving and cited for driving without headlights.
JUNE 3
Theft. Police took a report of a theft from a vehicle in the 2800 block of NW. Bobcat Trail. Stolen were a GPS, CDs and change, total value $652.
JUNE 5
Traffic. At the intersection of 150th Street and Biscayne Avenue at 1:18 a.m. a man, 25, from Inver Grove Heights was arrested for third-degree drunken driving.
Traffic. Near 148th and S. Robert Trail a man, 18, from Hastings and a woman, 18, from Eagan were cited for underage consumption.
JUNE 6
Traffic. At the intersection of Cliff Road and Fairway Hills Drive at 1:32 a.m. a woman, 23, was arrested for drunken driving.
JUNE 2
Drugs. In the 1200 block of 1st Avenue E., a Shakopee woman, 26, was cited for having a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Suspicious persons. Near the 800 block of S. Marschall Road, police questioned a man, 22, of Shakopee and arrested him for fleeing on foot and possession of stolen property. A second man, 17, of Shakopee was cited for underage drinking and giving false information to police.
JUNE 3
Obstructing. Police stopped a vehicle in the 300 block of W. 1st Avenue. The driver, a 35-year-old Farmington woman, was cited for interfering with an officer in the performance of duty, driving after revocation and having no proof of insurance.
JUNE 7
Obstructing. Near the 900 block of E. 1st Avenue police arrested a woman, 33, of Shakopee for giving false information to an officer and possessing a false driver's license.
