Suspicious vehicle. Police responded to a report that a driver was throwing things at houses in the neighborhood. Upon arrival the officer located the newspaper delivery man tossing newspapers.

JAN. 21

Miscellaneous. A 45-year-old man from Apple Valley was cited for failure to have a microchip implanted in a dangerous dog and provide a certificate of liability insurance.

Robbery. A River Falls, Wis., man, 22, was arrested for aggregated robbery.

JAN. 21

Burglary. A male, 22, was charged with trespassing in a building with the intent to steal or commit a felony. He also was being held on three warrants, one for driving after suspension in Ramsey County and two in Hennepin County for trespassing and theft.

Burglary. A 20-year-old man was charged with trespassing in a building and burglary with the intent to steal or commit a felony.

JAN. 22

Traffic. A Burnsville man, 33, was stopped on a traffic offense and arrested on Hennepin County warrants for no proof of insurance, nonsupport of spouse or child, driving after revocation, and theft.

JAN. 24

Robbery. A man, 22, was arrested for first-degree armed robbery and possession of a small amount of marijuana. A second man, also 22, was arrested for weapons possession and terroristic threats.

EAGAN

JAN. 20

Suspicious person. Near Cedar Avenue and Diffley Road, a man was stumbling around and then fell face-down on the ground. Attempts by the caller to get him to respond failed. When rescue and ambulance got to the scene it was determined that he was intoxicated and in a diabetic coma. He was transported to Regions Hospital.

JAN. 23

Traffic. A St. Paul man, 25, was ticketed for driving after suspension and arrested for warrants on failure to provide insurance, driving after suspension and operation of an unregistered vehicle.

NORThfield

JAN. 20

Traffic. A man, 30, of Hastings was cited for no proof of insurance at Forest Avenue and S. Washington St.

Traffic. A Northfield man, 28, was stopped at Dresden Avenue and Headley Court and cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving after revocation, fleeing police officers on foot, obstructing the legal process and failure to obey a police officer.

Inver grove Heights

Traffic. A 26 year-old woman was arrested for no proof of insurance and driving after revocation.

Theft. A 30 year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possession of stolen property and driving after cancellation.

Lakeville

JAN. 18

Traffic. A man, 52 of Lakeville was cited for no proof of insurance and driving after suspension.

JAN. 24

Drugs. A man, 23, of Lakeville was arrested for fifth-degree possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct.

Prior Lake

JAN. 21

Car crash. A 29 year-old Lonsdale, Minn., woman was westbound on 160th Street when she was struck by a car driven by a 64-year-old Bloomington woman.

Rosemount

JAN. 20

Traffic. A 26-year-old Rosemount woman was stopped and cited for speeding, then arrested for drunken driving.
