Miscellaneous. At 5:32 p.m., an officer responded to a call: "The two-year-old son accidentally locked the other son in the bathroom, mother needs help ..."
Disturbance. At 7:24 p.m., an officer responded to a call: "Report from one neighbor that the other neighbor is making too much noise opening and closing his sliding patio door ..."
Traffic. A 29-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for reckless or careless driving with willful disregard.

Drugs and weapons. A man, 26, from Burnsville was arrested for having two outstanding warrants: a felony for fifth-degree possession of cocaine from Rice County and a felony for possession of a stolen firearm from Dakota County.

Drugs. A man, 24, from St. Louis Park was arrested for fifth-degree possession of drugs and driving after revocation.

Traffic. A man, 22, from Minneapolis was arrested for procuring liquor for a minor, having an open bottle in a motor vehicle, possession of a small amount of marijuana in a vehicle, giving a false name to a police officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Assault. A man, 22, of Minneapolis was arrested for fifth-degree domestic assault and fourth-degree assault on a police officer.

Traffic. A woman, 29, from Eagan was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.

Domestic. A man, 25, from West St. Paul was arrested for failure to abide by conditions of an order for protection.
DEC. 14
Traffic. Rosemount police stopped a Coon Rapids man, 31, on a minor traffic infraction in Empire Township. He was arrested on a warrant out of Anoka County and was cited for driving after license suspension.
DEC. 16
Traffic. A man, 23, from Burnsville was charged and arrested for driving after suspension. He posted bail and after paying the fine for the citation he was released.
DEC. 19
Traffic. A 39-year-old man from Minneapolis was arrested for drunken driving in the second degree and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Traffic. A 65-year-old man from Apple Valley was arrested for a traffic violation and drunken driving in the second degree with a blood alcohol content of 0.21.
