Harassing communication. A caller said that while he was on a break driving to the Green Mill for lunch, he received two text messages: "You owe us money" and "I know where you work." He told police he doesn't know who sent messages but fears it may be the people who kidnapped him a year-and-a-half ago.
OCT. 25
Traffic. Near the 19600 block of Emerson Court, an officer cited a 37-year-old man for drunken driving. His vehicle was towed and the license plates were taken into custody.
OCT. 29
Drugs. At 12:40 p.m. near the intersection of Division Street and Spruce Street, a man, 24, was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Traffic stop. At 1:54 a.m. officers stopped a 42-year-old man at 1300 E. 145 St. and arrested him for drunken driving.
NOV. 21
Property damage. At 11:23 a.m. in the 3300 block of W. 142nd Street officers responded to a report of criminal damage to property fourth degree value $1 to $500.

Traffic. At 5:41 p.m. near Robert Trail S. and Canada Avenue officers cited a female, 42, for driving after suspension.
OCT. 31
Theft. In the 4800 block of W. 131 1/2 Street, a Savage resident reported the theft of a GPS and computer chip from his vehicle while it was parked in his driveway. The estimated loss is around $400.

Criminal traffic. At S. Hwy. 13 and W. 128th Street, an 18-year-old Savage man was cited for underage drinking while driving, obstructing the legal process, improper change of course and driving over the center line.
NOV. 1
Assault. Near the 4000 block of W. 136 1/2 Street, a man, 40, was arrested for kicking his mother.
NOV. 3
Weapon offenses. Near the 3900 block of W. 126th Street, two Savage men, ages 22 and 34, were cited for possession of a BB gun in public, discharge of a firearm within 750 feet of a building, reckless discharge within a city and criminal damage to property.
