SEPT. 24
Suspicious person. A man came into a business for laser hair removal in the 2100 block of Cliff Road and showed an employee a picture of his genitals. The employee asked him to leave and reported the incident to the police. A trespass notice was completed and sent to the suspect from the information he left on the paperwork he filled out. The employee was able to identify him.
Disturbing the peace. A man exposed himself to two women near Donegal Court and Donegal Way. He was described as a white man in his mid-20s, with dark hair, wearing gray shorts and no shirt.
SEPT. 20
Drugs. Officers responded to a report of a domestic altercation in the 8000 block of Lower 208th Street. When they arrived, a young man admitted to officers that he had been smoking marijuana and that he was "high." When asked if he had any marijuana he became agitated and threw it at the officers. He was taken into custody and charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana.
SEPT. 21
Animal complaint. A community service officer responded to a call of cows on the road near Cedar Avenue and 190th Street. The officer had the farmer contacted to retrieve the cows and return them to the pasture.
SEPT. 19
Theft. A Burnsville resident, from the 6000 block of McColl Drive, reported that money was borrowed to an Internet friend and it had not been paid back. The person was advised to start a civil process.
Burglary. A homeowner found a juvenile going through his garage refrigerator in the 13900 block of Maryland Avenue S. Two 15-year-old boys from Savage will be charged for first-degree burglary. They were released to their parents.
SEPT. 20
Drugs. An 18-year-old Burnsville man and a 17-year-old Carver boy were arrested for a fifth-degree controlled substance crime after officers received a complaint of suspicious activity on the 12300 block of S. Boone Avenue.
SEPT. 21
Property damage. A man reported that someone threw mud at his house in the 13800 block of Alabama Avenue.
SEPT. 22
Theft. Police received reports of mail being taken from mailboxes and scattered around the neighborhood in the area of 13500 block of Foxberry Road.
