Eagan

JULY 24

Disorderly conduct. A 31-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct, trespassing, and refusing to comply with police orders near the 2700 block of W. 139th Street.

JULY 28

Accident. At 4:05 p.m. an officer responding to an accident at the drivers' examination station at 2970 Cliff Road said, "I will be doing an incident report ... The accident occurred on private property while the subjects were arguing."

Accident. At 4:32 another report was taken of an accident that occurred because the driver tried not to hit a dog.

JULY 30

Disturbing the peace. A young female at a business in the 1200 block of Town Center Drive was yelling at customers not to eat there. She was also yelling at employees. Apparently she had been fired. An officer transported her to a Harbor Shelter for young people in Hastings.

Farmington

JULY 26

Disorderly conduct. A 26-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct near W. 100th Street and S. Robert Trail.

JULY 27

Burglary. Officers responded to a home in the 5200 block of W. 193rd Street to take a report.

JULY 30

Minor consumption. A boy was cited at 8:37 p.m. in the 100 block of Elm Street.

JULY 26

Traffic. On the 8300 block of Cleadis Avenue a 24-year-old man was arrested for fleeing an officer and giving false information to a police officer. He was also held on a Dakota County felony warrant for burglary.

JULY 28

Theft. A woman was charged with theft and littering. The incident occurred at a business on Triangle Lane at 9:42 a.m.

JULY 28

Theft. A driver drove off from the gas pump at a station on S. Broadway Street; his bill was $51.70. The officer contacted the man, who advised he would return to pay.

JULY 31

Theft. Another gas drive-off was reported at the station on Broadway Street. An officer called the registered owner of the vehicle, who returned and paid for the gas.

SAVAGE

JULY 18

Warrant. A 22-year-old Shakopee man was arrested on outstanding warrants from Nicollet County for criminal vehicular injury and failure to appear on a probation violation.

JULY 21

Theft. A man from the 13800 block of Alabama Avenue S. reported that someone took his credit card statement from his mail and used his credit card information in Lakeville.

JULY 23

Disturbing peace. Officers were called to a business in the 12200 block of Zinran Avenue S., where a 40-year-old man from Shakopee was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process without force.

JULY 25

Theft. A man reported that his mailbox and post were stolen. An officer located the mailbox down the street and returned it to the owner.

Theft. A man in the 15400 block of Dakota Avenue S. reported that his car was stolen. While the officer was at the scene, the man's son's girlfriend arrived in the vehicle.

Shakopee

JULY 24

Fraud. A 19-year-old man from Prior Lake was cited for display of false identification at Canterbury Park.
