Obstructing the legal process. An adult was arrested for taking liability for crimes by another person, fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and possession of an open bottle on the 7200 block of Lower 127th Street W.

Obstructing the legal process. An adult was arrested for fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and possession of an open bottle after a traffic stop for speeding near the intersection of E. 145th Street and County Road 11.

Order for protection violation. An adult was arrested for violating an order for protection on W. 158th Street.

Fraud. An adult was arrested for identity theft on the 14300 block of Durning Avenue.

Theft. A 36-year-old Crystal man was arrested for theft and receiving stolen property.

Theft. A 36-year-old Forest Lake woman was arrested for shoplifting at SuperTarget, 810 County Road 42 W.

Theft. A 22-year-old Cedar woman was arrested for receiving stolen property near the intersection of County Road 42 E. and I-35E.
