DWI. A 34-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for DWI, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and no insurance near the intersection of Burnsville Parkway E. and Parkwood Drive.

DWI. A 44-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of County Road 42 W. and Irving Avenue S.

JAN. 11

Theft. A 23-year-old St. Paul man and a 19-year-old Windom, Minn., woman were arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 12200 River Ridge Blvd.

Prostitution. A 53-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for loitering with intent to participate in prostitution and a 27-year-old South St. Paul woman was arrested for massage without a license on Burnsville Parkway W.

DWI. A 23-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI, possession of drug paraphernalia and no proof of insurance after a traffic stop for failure to stop for an accident on the 1200 block of County Road 42 W.

Drug activity. A 32-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for possession of marijuana near the intersection of Burnsville Parkway W. and I-35W.

DWI. A 20-year-old Savage man was arrested for DWI on the 13100 block of Judicial Road.

Order for protection violation. A 20-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for violating an order for protection.

Theft from motor vehicle. Snowboard equipment and music equipment were reported stolen from a motor vehicle on the 1800 block of Walnut Lane.

Theft. An enclosed trailer, valued at $2,700, was reported stolen on the 1300 block of High Site Drive.

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and possession of an open bottle after a traffic stop for driving without headlights near the intersection of Cedar Avenue and Cliff Road.

Domestic assault. A woman was arrested for domestic assault and criminal property damage on Lexington Avenue.
