Three people were shot shortly after noon Sunday after an argument at a bus stop at Emerson Avenue N. and W. Broadway, Minneapolis police said. The suspect fled.

The three victims had non-life-threatening injuries and were taken by ambulance to the hospital, spokesman John Elder said.

Elder did not know the age or gender of the victims. He said police believe the victims and the suspect knew each other and the shooting devolved from some sort of argument.

No arrests had been made as of mid-afternoon Sunday, but police were following up on leads, Elder said.
