The task force last week presented to the council information about the latest options. Graham says he doesn’t favor one option over another, but he’s frustrated with how long it’s taking for the group to formulate a recommendation to the council for a vote. The task force hopes to present a recommendation within three weeks, Zweifel said.

“There have been a lot of issues and [the task force has] been working hard on it. But I am getting impatient with not having anything,” Graham said. “We need to move on. It’s just something we’ve spent a lot of time on.”
