SEPT. 1

DWI. A 35-year-old Chaska man was arrested for DWI and alcohol consumption in a motor vehicle.

SEPT. 2

Theft. A 36-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for theft and for obstructing the legal process, and a 20-year-old Minneapolis man and a 19-year-old Burnsville woman were arrested for theft.

SEPT. 3

DWI. A 35-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI and fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle after a traffic stop for speeding.

EAGAN

SEPT. 3

Burglary. A 32-inch flat-screen television was reported stolen from a unit at Acorn Mini Storage, 2935 Lexington Av.

Disorderly conduct. A girl was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process at Blackhawk Middle School, 1540 Deerwood Drive.

Assault. A man was arrested for assault, domestic assault, violation of an order for protection, burglary and interfering with a 911 call on the 3800 block of Willow Way.

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI on the 3000 block of Denmark Avenue.

SEPT. 4

Theft from motor vehicle. Sports and music equipment valued at $2,000 was reported stolen from a motor vehicle at Colonial Village, 1919 Silver Bell Road.

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI on the 1900 block of Cliff Lake Road. The man’s blood-alcohol level was 0.22 percent, police said.

SEPT. 6

DWI. A woman was arrested for DWI near the intersection of Surrey Heights Drive and Yankee Doodle Road.
