Animal control. Numerous cows were reported to be in the road near the intersection of Fabor Avenue and W. 280th Street.

AUG. 26

Fraud. A woman was arrested for check forgery and a man was arrested for giving false information to police at Hometown Bank, 101 Creek Lane S.

PRIOR LAKE

AUG. 28

Theft from motor vehicle. A window was broken and a purse and contents valued at $590 were reported stolen from a motor vehicle on the 15400 block of Breezy Point Road SE.

AUG. 29

Theft from motor vehicle. Numerous items valued at $3,000 were reported stolen from three trucks at Rivers Edge Concrete, 8680 W. 158th St.

AUG. 31

Disorderly conduct. A 24-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 16600 block of S. Hwy. 13.

Theft on motor vehicle. Two iPods valued at $250 were reported stolen from a locked vehicle on the 5600 block of NE. Cedarwood Street.

SEPT. 1

Criminal vehicular operation. A 16-year-old Shakopee girl was charged with criminal vehicle operation after hitting a 26-year-old Bloomington man walking in the crosswalk near the intersection of S. Hwy. 13 and Five Hawks Avenue SE. The man was transported to Fairview Southdale Hospital.

Domestic assault. A 30-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for domestic assault and interfering with a 911 call on the 17800 block of Wedgewood Lane SW.

SEPT. 2

Driving violations. A 48-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for driving with a canceled license and a Scott County warrant near the intersection of Fremont Avenue NW. and NW. Fremont Street.

Order for protection violation. A 22-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for violating an order for protection and on three Hennepin County warrants on the 15000 block of Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

SEPT. 3

Theft. Tools valued at $2,095 were reported stolen from a construction site on the 14100 block of McKenna Road NW.

Warrant service. A 29-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested on Hennepin and Scott county warrants after a traffic stop near the intersection of Pike Lake Trail NE. and NE. 140th Street.

SAVAGE

AUG. 26

Burglary. A bicycle valued at $800 was reported stolen from a garage on the 12800 block of Independence Trail S.

AUG. 29

Theft. A gas drive-off of $123 was reported at SuperAmerica, 8660 Egan Drive. The license plate of the suspect vehicle was stolen out of Shakopee.

DWI. A 29-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for speeding near the intersection S. Hwy. 13 and South Park Drive. The man's blood alcohol level was 0.18 percent, police said.

AUG. 30

Theft. Equipment valued at $1,200 was reported stolen from Mediacom, 14859 River Crossing.

AUG. 31

DWI. A 42-year-old Savage woman was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for speeding near the intersection of Alabama Avenue S. and Loftus Lane. The woman's blood alcohol content was 0.1 percent, police said.

DWI. A 49-year-old Savage woman was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for speeding and failure to drive in a single lane near the intersection of W. Hwy. 13 and Louisiana Avenue S. The woman's blood alcohol content was 0.22 percent, police said.

SEPT. 2

DWI. A 23-year-old Rosemount woman was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, improper lane use and no proof of insurance after a traffic stop near the intersection of Quentin Avenue S. and W. 123rd Street.

Drug activity. A Fergus Falls, Minn., man was arrested for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle after a traffic stop for driving too slow near the intersection of S. Hwy. 13 and Egan Drive.

SHAKOPEE

AUG. 26

Burglary. A bicycle valued at $800 was reported stolen from a garage on the 12800 block of Independence Trail S.

AUG. 28

Warrant service. A 23-year-old St. Paul man was arrested on a Washington County warrant and cited for trespassing, and a 21-year-old White Bear Lake man was arrested on an Anoka County warrant at Wal-Mart, 8101 Old Carriage Court N.

AUG. 29

Order for protection violation. A 29-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for violating an order for protection near the intersection of S. Spencer Street and Sand Street.

AUG. 31

Assault. A 29-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for assault, disorderly conduct and fleeing a police officer on the 100 block of 1st Avenue E.

Theft. A trailer was reported stolen at Ace Trailer Sales, 7480 E. County Road 101.

DWI. A 53-year-old Leesburg, Fla., man was arrested for DWI and having an open bottle in a motor vehicle on the 1200 block of Vierling Drive E.

SEPT. 2

DWI. A 27-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop for a stop arm violation near the intersection of S. Adams Street and Vierling Drive W.

Obstructing the legal process. A 25-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for providing false information to police and on Scott and Hennepin county warrants near the intersection of Dean Lakes Boulevard and Dean Lakes Trail.
