DWI. A 40-year-old Richfield man was arrested for DWI after a moving violation near the intersection of W. 123rd Street and Palmer Avenue S. His blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent, police said.

AUG. 26

Drug activity. A 43-year-old Brooklyn Park man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine near the intersection of Canterbury Road S. and Valley View Road.

AUG. 27

Theft. A cellphone valued at $700 was reported stolen by a pickpocket at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW.

Burglary. A bike and ottoman valued at $419 were reported stolen from a garage on the 16500 Franklin Trail SE.

AUG. 28

DWI. A 40-year-old Savage man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for no brake lights on a boat trailer on the 5600 block of Cedarwood Trail NE.

SHAKOPEE

AUG. 17

Order for protection violation. A 27-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for violating an order for protection on the 1300 block of Savanna Drive.

Drug activity. A 24-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and driving with a revoked license, and a 20-year-old Belle Plaine man was arrested on a Scott County warrant near the intersection of 4th Avenue E. and S. Minnesota Street.

AUG. 18

Disorderly conduct. A 39-year-old Brooklyn Park man, a 21-year-old Minneapolis man and a 35-year-old St. Paul man were arrested for disorderly conduct and a 29-year-old Brooklyn Park woman was arrested for obstructing the legal process at Valleyfair, 1 Valleyfair Drive S.

Obstructing the legal process. A 22-year-old man was arrested for obstructing the legal process with force on the 3200 block of Dakotah Parkway.

AUG. 20

Warrant service. A 20-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for Scott County warrants on the 2000 block of Heritage Drive E.
